Tiramisu Chia See Pudding 😋

Delicious & healthy tiramisù chia seed pudding 🙌

Elevate your chia pudding game with our gut-boosting delicious tiramisu recipe 😋🍄

- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup of your milk/cream of choice (we used oat milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon of The Functionist Organic 10 Mushroom Blend
- 1 teaspoon instant expresso powder(optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey/agave/maple syrup
-1/4 cup greek yogurt
-tablespoon cocoa powder

- add chia seeds, milk of choice, The Functionist Organic 10 Mushroom Blend, Instant expresso powder, honey/agave to your bowl/ cup of your choice
- Stir ingredients until combined
-Refrigerate chia mix for at least 1 hour to let the chia seeds set
- Top with a dollop of greek yogurt and some cocoa powder
-Eat & enjoy your happy gut!
