INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of The Functionist Organic 10 Mushroom Blend
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chopped peaches + a little extra for garnish
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey (or agave)
- 3/4 cup milk of your choice
RECIPE
- Add oats, chia seeds, The Functionist 10 Mushroom Blend, cinnamon, vanilla extract, chopped peaches, honey, and milk in the container of your choice
- Stir until combined and refrigerate overnight or for at least 1 hour
- Top with extra chopped peaches, honey, or a dash of cinnamon & enjoy your happy gut!
