-1 cup almond flour or any flour of your choice
-1/2 vanilla protein powder
-1 tablespoon almond butter or any nut butter of your choice
-1/2 teaspoon The Functionist 10 mushroom blend
-1/2 cup of chocolate chips
RECIPE:
🤌add cottage cheese, maple syrup, & vanilla to a glass and blend
