Sometimes ya just need that afternoon indulgence to get you through the day (& why not stack it full of protein, mushrooms, & micronutrients?!) This ‘smoothie’ is the perfect blend of extra creamy protein (thank you cottage cheese), soul nourishing chocolate, & gut boosting mushrooms.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup cacao or chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 teaspoon The Functionist Organic Mushroom Powder
A splash of milk
Ice
Shaved dark chocolate for serving
RECIPE
- Add everything to a blender & pulse until rich & creamy.
- Shave dark chocolate on top & enjoy!
